Delivery and Payment Information

Orders are processed and shipped via DHL from our warehouse in Germany.

We currently deliver to countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

All deliveries are made Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – meaning that import duties, customs fees, and taxes are already included in the purchase price.

Delivery Times

• Within the EU: approx. 5–10 business days after dispatch

• UK & USA: approx. 7–14 business days after dispatch

• For pre-orders, shipping will begin on February 1, 2026
