Purchase of Products
When you purchase a LudarisTech product, we collect details such as your name, billing and delivery address, EU VAT number (for EU businesses), email address, and phone number.

Opening a LudarisTech Account
When you create an account, we collect your name, email, and username. Optionally, you may provide information such as your address, telephone number, gender, age, nationality, golf handicap, dexterity, and golfer category.
Profiles can be public or private depending on how much information you choose to share.

Tournaments and Competitions
If you participate in tournaments or competitions organized via LudarisTech products or services, your full name or player name may appear on leaderboards visible in the LudarisTech app and other platforms.

Use of Products and Services
When LudarisTech products are used, we may collect performance data such as parameters, statistics, progress data, achievements, and reports. Video recordings are not saved unless you voluntarily choose to do so.
In tournament situations, recordings may be used for fair play control and stored if necessary.
If you use LudarisTech devices to collect data from others (e.g. students or participants), you are responsible for informing them about this Privacy Notice and ensuring consent for any data storage.

Functional Data
We may collect device-related data such as GPS position, device temperature, power on/off times, usage duration, user ID, IP address, and connected device information depending on the product and service used.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data
We process your data for the following purposes:

• To provide performance analytics and insights for training or leisure use

• To personalize your experience and optimize product functionality

• To improve equipment, software, and user experience

• To process orders and customer requests

• To manage tournaments, leaderboards, and competition participation

• To ensure secure product operation and prevent misuse

• To conduct internal analytics, R&D, and customer support

• To send transactional and informational updates (e.g. about orders, upgrades, or product news)

Marketing communications are sent only with your explicit consent.

Lawfulness of Processing
We process your personal data based on:

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is done under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Data Retention Periods

• Customer Data: Retained while your account or contract is active and for up to 24 months after termination, unless deletion is requested earlier.

• Performance Data: May be anonymized after the retention period for research and development purposes.

• Non-Customer Data (e.g. newsletter subscribers): Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Backup data is permanently removed within 12 months after deletion request completion.

Use of Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality and analyze website performance.
Essential cookies are required for operation, while analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your prior consent in compliance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and §25(1) TTDSG.
